Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is a American model, singer songwriter and actress. The most famous of her roles is her part as Jenny Humphrey on the CW series Gossip Girl and as the leader of the rock group The Pretty Reckless. The song of Momsen has been featured on the film and television series, including How to Be a Single and Going the Mile. Taylor Momsen was born on June 26, 1993. She is the younger sibling of Sloane Momsen who is also an actor. The Center of Creative Arts is where she studied dancing. The actress began her professional acting career when she was three in a national commercial for Shake 'n Bake. Momsen's acting career came and went with an abrupt halt over a period of 3 years. Momsen was then offered the role as the main role in Misconceptions in the series Misconceptions on WB. Momsen was also in Saving Shiloh the 2006 film. She was also among the top three contenders for Hannah Montana's main role. However, Miley Cyrus was awarded the role.
